At your initial visit, your therapist will conduct a consultation to understand your individual needs and preferences. Based on this assessment, the massage and facial will be tailored to meet your specific requirements. You will be asked to complete brief intake forms while your therapist prepares the equipment.

Please be aware that your therapist will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth setup and timely start to your sessions. 

A Touch of Wholeness takes cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App and Square. There is a 3.5% fee to use Square. 

Massage therapists use special techniques to cover the body with a sheet while working on various parts of the body, protecting a client’s modesty. Draping also allows the client to remain covered and warm while still receiving therapy.

A therapist can work with clients who prefer to remain fully clothed as well as those who choose to remove all articles of clothing. In either case, proper draping with sheets will be used to maintain client modesty. A massage therapist will never require specific garments to be removed; however, direct skin contact can facilitate easier access to the muscles.

For stretching sessions, it is recommended that clients wear fitted, stretchable clothing. This ensures both comfort and modesty when engaging in various stretching techniques.

Your therapist will contact you to ensure that your specific massage requests align with the services offered. At that time, a quote for travel costs will be provided. Once confirmed, an appointment can then be scheduled.

Your therapist will provide all necessary supplies for your mobile massage session. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to supply your own lotion or oil and/or your own set of sheets.

The frequency of massages depends on your individual needs. For general wellness, a massage once a month is beneficial. For chronic pain or stress, more frequent sessions may be recommended.

For a traditional table massage, a minimum of 9 feet by 10 feet of open space is required. For a chair massage, a minimum of 5 feet by 6 feet is necessary.

If your therapist arrives and the required space is not available, your therapist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session for a future date when adequate space can be provided. In such cases, a 50% fee of the base rate will apply, along with any applicable travel costs.

Excluding the breasts and genitals, all areas of the body can be massaged, including the upper pectoral and gluteal muscles. Please note that the glutes will be massaged through the sheet for your comfort and privacy.
